STAY AWAY! Toxic company - Senior Cabin Crew KlasJet Employee Review

The company operates in wars and dangerous zone by forcing its crew (both Flight Crew and Cabin Crew) to constantly fly even when they are out of hours, risking to lose their license in case of Audit, sometimes I would be able to rest only 3 hours between flights. If you do not accept to fly you might be put on unpaid leave. Many cabin crew reported grave harassment from collegues but instead they were the ones getting fired. The management totally does not know how to do anything. Really old mentality and old management style. The company is not doing well, so many people fired and no projects to work on.
