Pros
- friendly workforce
- excellent experience with quite good customer base
- currently working to improve on their structure as a company but it's taking a while to set the ball rolling...
Cons
- need to work on HR and making them more approachable
- Divided office when it comes to certain practices
- strict working hours with no flexihours
- contracted salary, paid hourly which doesn't add up.
- standard procedures constantly change/get overridden due to the situation which then makes the procedures invalid all together.
