Klass has some one of the best management teams I've ever worked with. This is an innovative, fast growing company.

You have to use your own vehicle for business purposes. Although, there is a car allowance to help with the wear and tear.

-Mexican based company. They low ball on Salary and are VERY VERY cheap. -The business has a startup type culture. They haven't established a strong footing in the US market and they're constantly changing their business model and objectives. -US CEO does not value his employees and undermines their achievements in a very condescending manner. -This Company is more for Mexican professional and college graduates that come from Mexico with a work Visa. It is not for American graduates or professionals with English as their primary language. Do not waste your time. The company operates primarily in Spanish. -Their operations are headquartered from Mexico City. You have to interact and work with a lot of upper management who is located abroad. -The pay is below average. Since they're a Mexican company. Chances are you will be paid better in an American company for the same position. -Each department in US is under staffed. -Long hours and Low Pay. -No Retirement Plan -Decent Benefits
