Pros
One of the best places that I've worked. Very smart, respectful and easy going folks. Employees are treated very well, and there are many flexible polices, for example, many even bring their pets to work! Most employees have a base salary plus semi-annual bonuses that can even exceed the base salary. The "atmosphere" is very "laid-back" while at the same time it's also very professional and highly productive.
Cons
There isn't anything negative that I can recall so I'll try to elaborate: One of the problems at Kleinschmidt are the FREE treats at the cafeteria. It was always replenished with all types of sodas, drinks, a large coffee/ chocolate/mocha commercial type machine, etc, plus people used to bring homemade cakes and deserts almost dally. Therefore, one might come up with an argument that Kleinschmidt is an unhealthy place to work - just kidding!
