      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits. Klipboard affords its employees with development and exposure to cutting edge systems and client domain knowledge. The culture is also great with a few well organised social events throughout the year. As a young professional, I can say that Klipboard has provided me with an opportunity to build a solid foundation to my career.

      Cons

      Cross-team communication is very much necessary and generally good, though there’s room for even more alignment as the company scales.

      Company has amazing potential and a great portfolio of products and solutions. A lot of wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Culture on the North America sales team is extremely toxic and turnover is high. NA Sales leadership is despised throughout the organization for managing through fear and intimidation.
