      Can learn how a startup company works. Good stepping stone. Hybrid and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, bad management. No OT payment, Favoritism in company is very serious. No appreciation on effort spent. No clear job scope. Cannot accept feedback from employees. Anyway just speechless.
