So so many. They handled the pandemic so badly. There was a creeping axe lay-off [lack of] plan that never made sense nor was it strategic. Europe was the worst hit and everybody wondered who was next. The strategy changed so often because one would be decided, it would be backed at the top, then the owners would change their minds. Every decision is on a short-term basis. There is no trust - everybody is a number. Everybody in Europe blames HR but I realised after I left that it wasn't their fault at all and they were a pawn in all of this. HR in Asia seems very reactive to the owners' requests so there's no strategy there at all. Unless they change and adapt to the culture differences they won't be able to run in Europe in the future.
