Pros
for my age that would be a good place to start off at for a first time job for me. alot of people i know had work for Kmart said alot of postive things about the job and that it a easy going place to work at.the location is right up the street from me so i know if i had no other way to work i could just walk to get there so i wouldnt have no excuses not to come to work late or not to show up because i can easy walk there. out of the good things i just said the main reason i would love to work for Kmart is because i like kmart. i like shopping there there price rage is great as a customer.
Cons
this is hard because i dont have alot of bad things to say about this store because there nothing bad. but i would have to go with the lines because kmart can sometime be so busy and they only have two people working at the cashier and then one bager that really the only bad thing i can think of at this point.
