They work with your schedule. Management really cared about their employee's. Hosted free lunches on Fridays. Trained employee's to do different jobs.
Cons
Some co-workers weren't very friendly. And management didn't do much about rude employees due to lack of help. Minimum wage. Out dated cash registers.
