Pros
There are absolutely no pros to working for this company. The Kmart Corporation is a complete joke and waste of time. You could spend your time elsewhere and make much more money.
Cons
Minimum wage, uncaring assistant managers/store manager, practical shoplifting by assistant managers, terrible training (basically told to figure it out on my own), district loss prevention manager is trash, no loss prevention hired in the store whatsoever, pushed to do above average work for minimum wage.
