They give you a pay check. They have been giving discounts until now.
Cons
The CEO could care less about what happens to the company since he's making money no matter what! They're taking full-time people that worked somewhere 30+ years and letting them go and saying , "Well you can be part-time!" which equals to, "We don't want to have to pay for your benefits anymore!".
