      Pros

      Members love it! The point system is awesome. They love to come in and surprisingly have 10 dollars in points or either hear that they've earned something after a purchase. I love to watch their facial expressions!

      Cons

      Too much mess. Every time I turn around, there are rumors and people fighting when we are all grown. I think that they will seriously hire 'anyone'.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
