Pros

Good training session Work isn't usually overly stressful, but also there isn't so much downtime that it gets boring Management is pretty good about granting time off and treating employees reasonably

Cons

Some of the systems by which they "keep track of employees' performance" are unreasonable (luckily, a lot of management realizes this) Sometimes they are understaffed, which means the employees who are present have a lot of work to do
