Hard work, little return - Stock Associate Kmart Employee Review

Low pay for the work (overnight stock associate). Management doesn't listen well. High turnover led to more work per person, constant training of new people. Overnight position was eliminated without warning. I had to leave due to having classes during the day, I am no longer eligible for employment with Kmart/Sears because of that.
