Pros
Lots of room for advancement to management because of the companies revolving door mentality lost two store managers and three assistant managers in 6 months. Great employees when they stick around. Company has a life/work blance for hourly employees, 10 hours of work per week the other 30 hours you can look for work with other companies.
Cons
Managers work 60 plus hours per week. No pay raises. No compensation for working Holidays. Managers work 6 day work weeks during holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years or when inventory comes up or a corporate visitor is in the area that never shows up at your store and that happens often. No Bonus's paid out. Beware of becoming focus stores. Company does not keep its promises. Customer service doesn't exist because of lack of store coverage.
