      If you are desperate for work then Kmart is the place to be.

      Cons

      It is very unclean, the whole team was grungy, I had no training, always understaffed, and overall BAD environment.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
