      Flexible hours, if they could get enough help.

      Cons

      Management follows through with nothing, they hire anybody and never fire anyone not in the K-Mart in Kearney, Nebraska ANYWAYS.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
