Pros
Average pay, ability to grow within the company. Pretty thorough yet quick transition when being promoted. Can switch between both Sears and Kmart. The benefits are descent, although they did just put us on a pay freeze. They also through their company match policy for our 401(k) out the window.
Cons
Low budgets, the crummy buildings, resources extremely limited, perceived as a low end place to shop. Really is an uphill battle in this company, as it really will be for any retail giant or not.
