store # 4709 - never received a raise in the 3 years I worked there - Softlines Associate Kmart Employee Review

Multiple promotions and NOT ONE raise. I made minimum wage for three years - the company is more concerned about rewards cards than their employees. No opportunities to work full-time unless you have been with the company since it first opened. It's a good job, but management treats their employees horribly, forcing a hostile environment. Would not recommend, seriously!
