Worst Employer - Sales Associate/Cashier Kmart Employee Review

Management was terrible. The store manager rarely spoke to any of the cashiers. No flexibility with scheduling. Pay was atrocious for the amount of work they expected from you. Break room was falling apart. People were constantly being fired for things like work attire etc. My drawer was short by 8 dollars one time and they acted as if I had stolen from them. When in reality it was a mix up with coupons. I quit after that. Everyone else who stayed it was only until they found a job that valued its employees.
