Pros
Great people who work for you. The associates who have been with the company through thick and thin really care about Kmart. A lot of great programs for the customers. Overall environment is great as well.
Cons
Do not expect a raise because their has not been one in 4 years. Bonus is extremely hard to understand and hit. No contribution to 401K.
