if you need certain days off they will work with you on that especially if it helps them out
Cons
don't count on 40 hours a week, the hours will vary from week to week anywhere from 40 down to 32. and some weeks where you have already been scheduled 40, they will tell you they need to adjust payroll and cut 3 to 5 hours out of your 40. benefits have been reduced, if you are full time, be prepared to be the onlyperson on the sales floor at least once a week. also be ready for layoffs at least once a year
