Pros
Great people to work with and also a customer-oriented environment. Also, the store I work with has well experienced management, with the store manager having over 25+ years under the belt working at Kmart.
Cons
Sometimes the traffic flow of customers can be slow, often leading to employees becoming careless and lazy. Also, if you do not enjoy doing repititious tasks, this job may not be best suited for you.
