      Pros

      Fair salaries comparable to competition. Decent benefits package. Very good Store manager trainig process ( school at the Headquarters)

      Cons

      Unfair performance review process ( constantly changing- employees dont know criteria untill last moment) very small raises. Too much politics around.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
