Great Leader, but not a merchant - Store Coach Kmart Employee Review

The company is to task driven and has forgot how to sell merchandise. At store level, Kmart is still a great place to work. However, the upper leadership makes it very hard on the store management teams. They expect managers to work 6 - 7 days week and hardly every thanks them for the work they do.
