      Pros

      I had a lot of growth opportunities at Kmart, and learned a lot during my tenure there.

      Cons

      There was some friction between me and one of my co-workers; we received little input from our manager to help resolve the problem; eventually my co-worker left to go work for another company.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
