Pros
- The employees are easy to get along with & willing to answer any questions. - Not difficult to learn what you need to know. - Understanding about my schedule since I am a student & they do not go against my availability. - Typically a calm work environment. - Low stress. - Quickly learn what to expect and is not overwhelming.
Cons
- Not too many hours, but this is good if you want part time. They only seem to hire for part time. - Disorganized management. - Minimum wage & no raises. Pay barely increases if you move up. - Often only one cashier working at a time. - A lot of requests for price checks since signs mislead customers & prices aren't always updated. - Not enough time to complete online training.
