Pros
The discounts can be pretty nifty at times, and I really enjoy the Shop Your Way program. So there's that.
Cons
Maybe it's because of the takeover from Sears Holding, but the registers are old and need to be replaced; there is hardly any sort of company standard for the receiving department; and my department (loss prevention) has become an absolute joke.
