Pros
Kmart is on the verge of recognizing some prime opportunities to increase customer satisfaction. There is a very strong loyalty base among customers.
Cons
60 hour work weeks at a minimum. While I am thankful to have a job, I don't like to be threatened about how it could be taken away when I ask for a day off. I distinctly ask about the work/life balance before coming on board and was told that the company loves family. I never see my family and I guess they meant that I would soon love my Kmart family.
