Pros
Coworkers were friendly, intelligent and supportive. The office is well equipped and there are lots of resources to support the tutors. Willingness to schedule work around classes and other jobs/commitments.
Cons
Some of the managers have a tendency to micromanage, which hinders the ability of the employees to work efficiently. Was not given as much work as was promised. Compensation seemed arbitrary.
