Oveall a good company. People are friendly and the back office is very helpful. You will have a lot of flexibility to do your work. Most of the time, there is not much work pressure.
Cons
Rather greedy, do not expect a raise or a huge bonus. If the economy goes down, be expect that there is a massive laid off.
