Pros
Working in a front office you feel like you have more of a hold on your own business. It feels less like a typical competitive estate agent and more like a collaborative one. Decent amount of out of office events too to get involved in.
Cons
Sometimes in head office feel like you can get drowned out. This and the hiring process seems to be a 'who you know' one.
