Very easy to do job with little difficulty and good starting pay. Good if you like working alone and during the night.

Working at night can be difficult if you are unable to sleep at least 8 hours during the day. Not a good job if you are working a full time day job too. Can be quite boring at times so make sure you enjoy reading.

Pay checks are consistent, lax dress code, job is easy to learn and allows room for growth/learning over time, central supervisors thoroughly train new hires, consistent schedules, good entry level job to learn office skills

Nepotism, no graveyard incentive, office gossip that leads to hostile social environment, older employees are rude and immature, owner is cheap, pay will not match experience at the company, building’s carpet is a biohazard, lack of professionalism
