Pros
Most of the drivers are very helpful and you can have fun with them on the yard
Cons
Favoritism for the veteran drivers ,there's not a set schedule and you don't know when you're getting off. They pay lower than other ready mix companies, management take things personally instead of staying in a professional manner. They do not value their drivers or their safety. Do not follow DOT Regulations and you can work 12 to 17 hours a day at times. If you are a mixer driver you cannot drive the dump trucks to get more experience. If you go to another company they will block you from doing that also. They will work you like a MULE and they are non appreciative
