Hi! Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience during training and on the card room floor. Yes - all managers and corporate team members (including HR) have worked as Associates, and we try to stay close to the issues as much as possible. That said, we're not perfect! Overtime is certainly a part of life for a lot of us right now, and we recognize that while some people love the extra pay, others prefer to clock out ASAP! We're working around the clock to optimize the schedule and boost our numbers. But - at the very least, we are hoping that if we do need you to stay overtime, we are giving you sufficient notice. Please reach out to your Lead Supervisors or HR and let us know what's going on. It's helpful to get specific feedback on our areas of improvement, so don't be shy!
