Pros
Your responsibilities cannot be more cut and dry. Managers and leaders give you clear cut training and clearly lay out your responsibilities, and they will not add on to your workload without adequate training or compensation. Everyone is really nice when you actually get to talk with them.
Cons
Due to the nature of your position you don’t get to talk or hang out with your coworkers very often, you’ll mostly be spending time with dealers. At least in the Lodi location, I’d say about 75% of the dealers are pleasant. But the other 25%, woof. They act like you killed their puppy or something. They’ll regularly ask you to bend/break rules for the sake of their tips, but if that’s the only way they can make money then maybe they should find new employment. Management can’t due anything about it because the dealers don’t work for Knighted, and the casino won’t do anything about in fear that what little staff they have will go to Sky River.
