5yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and I value your constructive feedback if only the above is true. Working at Knit you would know that we have a flat structure in place where opinions are respected, and colleagues are encouraged to speak up about their challenges. Monthly 1 on 1s with management is a common thing and any challenges discussed are addressed almost immediately.
With that said Toronto is where Knit was started and since the beginning of this year, we have gone on a hiring spree bringing on some really amazing people across Canada. While we might not have the employee experience perfected, we are committed to ensuring that the amazing culture of this company remains intact as we scale further.
To conclude, there are no software developers in the company with a tenure between 1-2 years. The average tenure for the members of our product development team is 3.5+ years and we are only able to achieve this because we have a flat structure in place and opinions are respected and challenges are addressed immediately.
