Super lax community, good to learn the retail business

Room for growth and bonuses are heavily reliant on business performance and since it is part of a portfolio of brands, individual performance usually flies under the radar

Honestly I can’t think of any pros about this job anymore.

No raises, pay low in general because we MUST hit “selling cost”, constant technology issues and the service department is a joke, constant changing promos and you are expected to rearrange your floor to accommodate that every time, too many markdowns in stores that make us look messy and like an outlet but they won’t let us send it all back, bra shipment comes in a mess and damages the bras, LP is rude and treats you like thieves, expect you to be able to hire top tier talent at low pay, DM’s that have never worked for the company but try to tell SM’s how to do their job when they TRULY have no idea how to do our jobs, too much total inventory sent to stores, canceling a conference call seems to take an act of congress, stores are in desperate need of sign holders but can’t get them, stores need remodels/updates, moved SM’s to salary to be able to work us to death, incredibly LOW payroll to share no one can even take breaks or lunches without leaving only one person on the floor
