Don’t get salary on time you have to be after them to pay you Dont treat employees properly Highly unprofessional when it comes to employee benefits. Also, got my pending money after months of chasing them No promised bonus given.

Knorish Offers Zero Pros to their Employees

As a former employee of Knorish, I can confidently say that the company’s treatment of its ex-employees is utterly disgraceful. The full and final settlement process was an absolute nightmare, with constant delays and zero communication. It’s not just me - I am sure that many former employees have faced the same frustrating ordeal. The complete lack of support and disregard for our concerns once we leave the company is appalling. This company clearly has no respect for its people, even after years of dedication. If you’re considering working here, which I will advise you not to be prepared for a rude awakening when it’s time to leave. The top management is absolutely incompetent, humiliating and fake. The 5-star reviews are all fake as well.

At Knorish, we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees, both during and after their time with us. In the past 4 years, there hasn't been a single employee that wanted to leave Knorish for a bad work-experience as we strive to treat everyone with utmost respect and fairness. We feel bad about it but the role of Inside Sales is challenging as it needs you to constantly achieve targets and have a strong daily cadence. Recently, after months of PIP efforts we had to let go of a few non-peformers... The comment here is about your perceived bad experience after leaving the company and we will make sure that we improve the process and experience in all possible ways.
