they are age discriminating, letting a lot of people go who had many yrs of service in. they also only hire friends & family. they got rid of life long employees, so they could have jobs for their friends & family, who are NOT qualified for the positions that they are giving them. the CO is being run into the ground, with bad decisions from management.. if u are not friend or family don't expect to get promoted & you will be treated as less important. they screwed people out of their full retirement, by letting them go, it was such a low, mean, thing that they did. they do not care about their employees, unless they are family or friends.
