      Pros

      The people you work with are nice and it is a low stress environment, for the most part. Also very flexible with your time, so I never have to worry about taking off.

      Cons

      Projects are poorly planned and end up taking longer than intended, or need more support than they should. A lot of issues from other departments end up getting thrown in IT's lap. No real options for upwards promotion, so you're basically stuck where you are. In the time that I worked there, there were never any raises, just cost of living adjustments.

      Pros

      Team building, trainings, benefits, work/life balance, pay, excellent leadership at the corporate level. The current CEO is a great person who truly cares about the business and employees.

      Cons

      I'd like better health insurance coverage but what we have now isn't even really that bad.

      Favoritism, paying new hires a lot more when they are hired as the same title ranking as you.
