2yForemost, we would like to reiterate that KnowBe4 has a strict “no politics or religion” policy in the workplace. We credit this policy as a major reason why 95% of employees said, “people here are treated fairly regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion” during our most recent, company-wide, anonymous survey run by the third-party, Great Place To Work Institute. Our team is seriously committed to expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workplace.
As for the Nerf fights, the vast majority of our support team loves them as a fun break during the day and many team members get very into them as a team bonding experience! It is unfortunate that this cultural aspect was not a fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in finding an organization that better fits what you are looking for.
