I don't want to give away too much info b/c retaliation is real w/ the current iteration of KnowBe4. I wish I didn't know what this company once was. When I started, it was a great company that was a rocketship constantly growing and eclipsing goals. Employees were rewarded for their hard work both financially and emotionally. Ever since Vista Acquisition and GTM, KnowBe4 has become a nightmare. We are overworked and expected to handle 3 times the workload we were previously while being paid less than ever. Layoffs have caused customer service to plummet as remaining employees are tasked to cover impossible workloads. The Re Org at GTM and subsequent layoffs have significantly hurt the company. Sales have stagnated. Customer satisfaction has declined. We are in a free fall. Leadership are nothing but Vista puppets that spew the same platitudes about what a great company we are(meh), how incredible our culture is(not anymore), and SELL SELL SELL. They are out of touch with what is happening to their employees because they are compensated well while their employees suffer. Every employee I know is looking for and applying elsewhere, but the market has gotten tough

Hi Knowster. Our culture has always been fostered by the revenue department and sales teams. Everyone is incentivized to work diligently to help customers and prospects as efficiently as possible and we have our company-wide bonus game in place to keep everyone involved in our monthly sales targets. Our culture team works diligently to host different events and activities globally for Knowsters to participate in, event remotely, to maintain an exciting workplace culture. Our median pays are in line with the industry standards, if not slightly higher. Our turnover rates have also been historically lower than they have been in the last few years, as they have been under 20%.

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
