The culture at Knowledge Artisans is truly refreshing. There is a genuine sense of teamwork and a "flat" hierarchy that allows even junior members to contribute to big decisions. Management is approachable, and the work-life balance is respected.

Cons

With so many great ideas circulating, we sometimes have to work hard to stay focused on one priority at a time.

Pros

Raelaxed environment, we have full time learning opportunity, It's super chill people . And you'll get the hang of the independent working, owning your project, and it's branches, it's a decent experience.

Cons

Not many but yeah few things are missing , like team Lunch, physical work place office. But these are preferences rather than cons, we're still bootstrapped startup 😄 and we'll get there eventually.
