When they had contracts work was varied and interesting. The less you have to deal with higher management, the better.
Cons
Too many managers doing nothing and taking all of the credit. Little to no recognition is given to people who work hard. Innovation is not encouraged. Ineffective communication style from higher management. Ineffective management style. Inability to think outside of the box. Nepotism.
