The CEO is a narcissistic, egomaniac who has no clue about what he's doing. He's a spineless leader who is money hungry and does not care about the community he serves. He does not use grant money for the organization the right way.He rewards anyone who sucks up to him. He's a waste of space and the community and the organization deserves better than him.
