Pros
The coworkers are exceptionally nice and fun to work with.
Cons
There is no “management” so to speak. I would say that there is a total of 2 -3 people who are excellent managers. Most are from “the family” and don’t have the skills or experience to manage a team. They are only managers because they are part of the family which is unfair to everyone who works here. The mom and pop who own the business are grooming the daughter to run the business and she is unfair, judgemental and doesn’t know the first thing about running a business. She can’t even keep employees on her team because of her poor management skills. They also do not provide good compensation or benefits and there’s no room for growth unless you’re part of the family. I am only working there until I find something else hopefully quickly.
