Overworked and underpaid - Anonymous employee Knox College Employee Review

Pay is atrociously behind current market compensation. Performance evaluations are not conducted as a general rule and annual raises are almost nonexistent. If you are lucky enough to get a raise, it's maybe 1-1.5% and you are told "it's better than nothing." Raises for promotions are also insulting. All the while, you take on more and more responsibilities.
