Experienced leadership team with proven track record. Phenomenal business model. Great company culture, great mission, very inclusive and diverse . Ability to work remote (big +) Lots of inbound leads (thank you marketing!) Lots of growth opportunities within the company and professionally.
Cons
Not many. Maybe a few late nights or weekend calls/appointments, but that's expected.
