      Works like a family, best in industry benefits and a very understanding management. Probably the only events company you retire in.

      Packed schedule, back to back jobs can be very challenging, but that's really very common in any events company

      Yearly company trip - 5 days trip (Use minimum 3 days AL) Free GRAB trip claims It is nice to have 13th month bonus

      Long hours (extended to your weekends) Time off (doesn’t make sense) Money driven and high pressure environment Performance review limitations Workplace favoritism (unfair treatment to individual) In-group bias Cronyism A lot of badmouthing gossips among colleagues Micro managing
